    While on the way home from our wonderful trip from Vigan, we stopped by a nearby site called “the tower”, overlooking the Quirino bridge connecting the road from Candon to Narvacan (hope I spelled that right)
    ***update according to Glen its the bridge connecting BANTAY and SANTA ILOCOS SUR*** ty for this

    Anyway, it was so windy below, but somehow I manage to score a shot from below while my hand was shaking from gusty winds.
