25 cents: Philippines’ Version of a Quarter Dollar

This is our version of a quarter US dollar, our beloved 25 centavo coin.

Neglected most of the time like this one which I found lying on the bedroom floor. I smashed it in between the wooden floor then took a picture as a souvenir.

Well, it seemed pretty lonely. I always remember my father said that 1 peso would not be complete without the 25 centavo coin. I really don’t know, maybe he was trying to tell me to treasure my money.
